Use of Insurance:
As a courtesy to her clients ...
a. Those who have a deductible, Pam bills them at $80/hour ($75 check/cash) for each session until their deductible is met. (Due to expenses incurred by LYD when clients use insurance, the same rate applies no matter the number of sessions per month.)
b. Client's out-of-pocket expense when insurance reimburses: the difference between insurance provider's reimbursement rate and $85/hour. (Ex: If provider reimbursement rate is $85 or a higher amount, client has zero out-of-pocket expense.)
c. Important!!! Insurance providers do not reimburse for phone or on-line coaching sessions.
Flex and HSA accounts can be used for reimbursement.
Clients are invoiced at the end of each month.
